Mortgage Masterclass

We held an in-person mortgage workshop at Marleigh Park on Saturday 30th May 2026, where attendees received expert guidance from an independent mortgage advisor. Throughout the day, visitors were able to gain a clearer understanding of how much they could borrow, explore the range of mortgage options available to them, and learn about schemes designed to support their move.

The event provided a helpful, step-by-step overview of the homebuying process, giving prospective buyers greater confidence and clarity about their next steps. It was a well-attended and informative day, with many attendees leaving with valuable insights and a better understanding of their options.

Easter at Marleigh Park

We started the Easter celebrations with an Easter trail on Saturday 28th March 2026.

Visitors started their adventure by collecting their Easter pack from the Sales Suite, then followed our exciting Easter Egg Trail around the development. With 8 hidden stations, children ticked off their activity sheets and completed the trail to receive a delicious chocolate Easter egg!

The fun continued in Jubilee Square with a coffee van, balloon modelling, face painting and Easter games - the perfect way to celebrate spring together.

Kingsley View launch event

On Saturday 13th September 2025, we proudly unveiled the next exciting phase of our Marleigh Park community, Kingsley View!

Guests joined us to celebrate the launch of this stunning new collection of 2, 3, 4 & 5 bedroom homes, many offering open-plan living spaces, family rooms, and beautiful views over Gregory Park.

Meet your superheroes

Marleigh Park turned SUPER last summer! Families joined us on July 26th for Meet Your Superheroes at Marleigh Park.

From climbing walls and face painting to superhero games, a disco, and tasty treats like hot dogs, snow cones, and popcorn; it was a day full of fun, laughter, and adventure!
